Collected 240kg of waste at the Pineta Beach, Porto Recanati
Blupura recently reaffirmed its commitment to environmental sustainability with a beach clean-up on September 30 at the Pineta Beach in Porto Recanati. Over 100 company employees, along with volunteers from the PlasticFree non-profit organization, spent their afternoon collecting 240kg of waste, mainly plastic, in just a few hours.
This impressive result, highlighted by Plastic Free, showcases the positive impact a company can have on the environment when its core values focus on protecting the planet. For Blupura, sustainability is a mission that goes far beyond the products they offer. Since its founding, the company has committed to reducing plastic use by designing water coolers connected to the mains water network. This technology not only ensures fresh, high-quality water but also directly contributes to the reduction of single-use plastic bottles, one of the main sources of environmental pollution.
